The following are descriptions and ideas of what the THDC camper will engage in over the course of each themed week at Summer Camp 2027

Our Program blends fun, adventure and learning.

At THDC Summer Camp we learn through nature, arts and crafts, field trips, and playing to create fun and learning environments for our campers.

Getting to know each other

May 31st -June 2nd

WEEK 1: Campers will learn their peers names through doing hands on icebreakers games.

Nature Week

June 7th-11th

WEEK 2: Campers will learn about nature during a nature walk and enjoy the outdoors with fun activities.

Movie Week

June14th-18th

WEEK 3: Campers will be able to go to the Movie Theater and enjoy fun and exciting movies with popcorn and a drink.

Fun in the Sun

June 21st--25th

WEEK 4: Campers will enjoy playing on an adventurous playground and having a picnic.

Celebrating the 4th

June 28th- July 2nd

Week 4: Campers will do different crafts with celebrating the 4th of July.

Wild Kingdom

July 5th-9th

Week 5: Campers will learn about the different animals in the wild.
