The following are descriptions and ideas of what the THDC camper will engage in over the course of each themed week at Summer Camp 2024

THDC sUMMER CAMp 2024
With the abundance of choice you face when choosing a summer program ask yourself why THDC?
Our Program blends fun, adventure and learning.
At THDC Summer Camp we learn through nature, arts and crafts, field trips, and playing to create fun and learning environments for our campers.
Water Week
July 1st-5th
WEEK 5: Campers will have hands fun with playing in water and learning about solid and liquids.
Things that fly
July 8th-12th
WEEK 6: Campers will learn about different things that flies. Campers
will be able to make hands on crafts.
Insect Week
June 15th-19th
WEEK 7: Campers will be able to go outside and look at the different kinds of insects. They will learn about the about their habits and home.
Animals in the Zoo
July 22nd- 26th
WEEK 8: In week eight of camp we will be learn about the different animals in a zoo. Campers will be visiting the zoo.
